By accessing or using the QwikPrint kiosk or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between Echto Ventures LLP (“Echto”, “QwikPrint”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and you (“user” or “customer”).
2. Service Overview
QwikPrint, operated by Echto ventures LLP , provides a self-service kiosk that enables users to upload, pay for, and print documents instantly - securely and conveniently.
3. Customer Responsibilities
• Proof & Accuracy: You are solely responsible for reviewing your document before submission.
• Error Liability: Echto/QwikPrint is not responsible for typographical mistakes, formatting issues, image resolution problems, or other errors in the uploaded file.
• Equipment Use: You agree to use the kiosk responsibly and not attempt to tamper with or misuse it.
4. Content Guidelines
• Legal & Appropriate Use: You must not upload or print illegal, defamatory, obscene, threatening, hateful, infringing, or otherwise unlawful content.
• Intellectual Property: By uploading content, you confirm that you own the rights or have valid authorization to use such materials. Echto/QwikPrint will not be liable for third-party claims related to IP infringement.
5. Payments
• All printing requires full payment in advance via the kiosk’s integrated payment options.
• Once an order is processed, no refunds will be provided unless the error is directly attributable to QwikPrint.
• Errors caused by customer files or improper formatting are not eligible for refunds.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations are permitted only before the print job begins.
• If a machine error or service fault occurs, Echto may offer a reprint at no extra charge, but not a cash refund.
7. Delivery & Pick-up
• Services are instant and kiosk-based; no delivery is provided.
• Slight variations in print color, quality, or finish may occur due to machine limitations. These do not qualify for refunds.
8. Limitation of Liability
Echto Ventures LLP shall not be liable for:
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits).
• User-uploaded content or misuse of the kiosk.
• Technical interruptions or downtime beyond its reasonable control.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Echto Ventures LLP, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your use of the kiosk or violation of these Terms.
10. Privacy & Data Security
• Files uploaded through QwikPrint are encrypted and processed securely.
• Files are automatically deleted from our systems after processing.
• Payment information is handled through secure third-party payment providers.
11. Modifications
Echto Ventures LLP reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of QwikPrint after changes indicates your acceptance.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
